How Kairos AI Connect handles inquiries, appointment information, communications, and optional SMS consent.

1. Who operates this website
This site is operated by registered Sole Proprietor Brand Robert Dickson, using the public-facing business name Kairos AI Connect.
2. Information collected, as applicable
Information may include contact information (name, email address, phone number and company), inquiry details (service interest and message), appointment information (requested times, bookings and scheduling preferences), communications (emails, texts and other correspondence), and SMS consent status with the applicable disclosure version and timestamp. Basic technical and site usage information, such as IP address, browser information, access times and pages requested, may be processed by hosting or site service providers as applicable.
The current contact form validates information and reviews the SMS consent choice locally in your browser. It does not transmit the inquiry or consent to a server or store them in a company database. Checking the box does not start an SMS program. If you choose to send the email draft, the information you send is handled through the email services involved.
3. How information is used
Information shared with Kairos AI Connect may be used to respond to inquiries, qualify leads, schedule and manage appointments, send requested follow-up, maintain business and consent records, protect security, and improve services.
4. Website services and external links
The website uses hosting, image delivery, and font services. The interactive demo is a separate site and may have different data practices. Email services and future calendar or analytics providers must be identified and reviewed. External sites are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Cookies and analytics
No dedicated analytics integration has been enabled for this website. Hosting or linked services may have their own technical practices. Before analytics or additional tracking is enabled, review consent requirements and update this policy with the actual providers, purposes, and cookie details.
6. SMS consent and privacy
SMS opt-in consent is not transferred to third parties, except service providers needed to deliver communications. Those providers may process consent information only on the business’s behalf to deliver those communications, not for their own or any third party’s marketing purposes.
Optional SMS consent applies to Kairos AI Connect Messaging: messages regarding your inquiry, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and requested follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Users who leave the optional SMS checkbox unchecked will not receive automated SMS messages. Opting out of SMS does not prevent appropriate non-SMS responses, such as email replies to your inquiry.

7. Receptionist and recordings
Service-specific handling of calls, messages, recordings, transcripts, scheduling data, consent, and opt-out requests must be documented in the relevant customer agreements and service-specific privacy notices before activation. This policy does not establish permission to record calls or send marketing messages.
