Terms and Conditions

These terms do not replace an executed service agreement.

1. Website and service information

This website and the Kairos AI Connect Messaging program are operated by registered Sole Proprietor Brand Robert Dickson, operating publicly as Kairos AI Connect.

Kairos AI Connect provides information about AI receptionist and scheduling support, video-ad creation, and website conversion improvements. The exact deliverables, integrations, and responsibilities must be confirmed in a separate service agreement.

2. Packages and pricing

Kairos Connect is listed at $499/month plus $750 setup. Kairos Create is listed at $899/month plus $1,000 setup and includes 3 finished video ads/month. Kairos Growth System is listed at $1,499/month plus $1,500–$2,500 setup and includes 6 finished videos/month, receptionist and scheduling, an initial website conversion refresh, one monthly website update, and reporting.

Usage and carrier costs may be separate where applicable. No usage allowance is implied. Advertising spend is not included in the listed service prices. Scope, applicable additional costs, taxes, invoicing, and payment timing must be confirmed in the final agreement.

3. Trial requests

A request for a 7-day trial is an inquiry, not automatic enrollment. Availability, scope, costs, and terms must be agreed before a trial starts. No booking or revenue result is guaranteed.

4. Customer responsibilities

The final agreement should specify responsibilities for accurate business information, approved content, scheduling availability, access to tools, timely approvals, and lawful use. Recording, messaging, advertising, and consent obligations require particular review.

5. Content and third-party services

Video and website content permissions, ownership, usage rights, revision policies, and third-party service dependencies must be stated in the final agreement. Kairos does not claim that third-party software is proprietary Kairos software.

6. Results and availability

Services are intended to support faster response and a clearer customer journey. Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including business operations and market conditions. No particular number of leads, appointments, or revenue is promised.

7. Cancellation and liability

Contract duration, renewal, cancellation, refunds, suspension, warranties, liability limits, and dispute resolution are not established by these website terms. They must be defined and reviewed in the executed agreement.

8. SMS Terms — Kairos AI Connect Messaging

The SMS program name is Kairos AI Connect Messaging. By opting in through the separate, optional SMS checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Kairos AI Connect regarding your inquiry, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and requested follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may make a general inquiry without opting in; users who do not opt in will not receive automated SMS messages.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out stops SMS messages but does not prevent appropriate non-SMS responses to your inquiry. The website’s current form is local-only: reviewing an inquiry or checking SMS consent does not transmit information, save consent, enroll you automatically, or send messages.
